I haven't had any luck yet. I'm kind of banking on a pair I found in the Green Pastureland. They've both got Mint Very Deep hooves so I'm hoping to breed Mint Very Deep Pure. I figured it was a good idea since my Brushing Helper Mare has Cyan slightly pure hooves... if I don't get it, though, I've got enough feez to buy that ring and I'm totally prepared to do it.

Had another 8 foals today. 7of them had pure green eyes parents but still no luck. I guess it's easier for me to breed misty than pure. :P

Yes. In fact I just got my set today since I got my ring from the apples completed.

To get my pure green foal I breed a bunch of green eyed mares to the same pure green eyed stud (in fact he was all pure). Only one of the 25 came out with pure green eyes... & an IT (so double yay). I

I completed the red one today, didn't even know anything about it; I thought you had to buy the other rings. I can probably do the blue ring quest, but the green and yellow might not be so easy.
